A Higher Call is a series about hopes and dreams and what might happen if we sell out to God completely. One man, Tony Campbell, is trying to do just such a thing in this series. He is called by God (and some trustworthy human partners) to run for President. It takes some nudging, but along the way he begins to realize that this is not about him at all. It is about bringing God back to the forefront of people's lives. Polarizing as it is, Tony's mission is simple: Keep the Faith, Live the Faith. People are outraged, dismayed and incredulous that someone would dare mix church and state in such a way. Many have run who believe in God, few have had the faith, financial backing and willpower to say what they really feel and not worry about winning and losing. Watch what happens when there is no pandering, no political positioning or political correctness. See how incredible and rewarding it can be when we listen to God. What can one man accomplish? The evidence in our own short history or the body of God's work across the ages is overwhelming.

The first book, Collision of Angels, takes us from the introduction of Tony Campbell, his associates and family, through various landmines, both physical and spiritual, as they wrestle with this idea. Everyone is affected as we see Tony's life change along with those closest to him. We bounce back and forth a bit in time as we get a glimpse of the future and a harsh look at the present and what this will mean. God's forces are gathered and Tony is joined by willing followers—disciples, who, like him, serve a risen savior and want to see his will done. Ultimately, the story unfolds on many levels as lives are touched and the team prepares Tony, at breakneck speed, to meet the mainstream media.

In the second book of the series we will take a journey with Tony through the campaign. There will be pain and confusion as we march through primaries, debates and up to the election. It will span about 18 months, and we realize at some point, that Tony and all those in his camp, refuse to go quietly into the night, despite the best attempts of forces seen and unseen. The full power of the American political machine is brought to bear against the Campbell campaign. The onslaught is nearly overwhelming and many are caught in the crosshairs of the evil one. Power, the status quo and everyone's will to survive at all costs are tested repeatedly during this phase. Tony is a machine, practically a human cyborg when it comes to all things presidential and political, but at the end of the day—he is human too, and no one knows the father's plan.

The third book in the series is a culmination of what has transpired over the previous two years. Tony is still around and people are completely beside themselves and polarized. However, the resurgence of God back into the mainstream is real and tangible. The media has no choice but to cover him and his message. He is in the hunt and polls have the race evenly split between three candidates. The final leg of our journey takes Tony through the last week of the campaign, the day of the election and the day after. It will be a haunting revelation of God's plan, the enemy's desperate attempt to dislodge him and the fallout here and in heaven above.
